Langguth ULRICH: We are now in Napoleonville, La., the home town of Mimi, and will build our new home here after five moves from the devastation of our home in Mississippi due to Katrina. We think of you often and our good times together. I have purchased the last of your label wines from Taviana. It is so good to have them on hand to special occasions. Your new WEB site is great, with the pictures of your family. Please let us hear from you. I have seen Richard Kuntz once or twice; they had to be rescued from the top of their house by helicopter from Katrina. The Deutsches Haus has rebuilt and had their Ocktober Fest this year. Our next move is to secure a contractor and build on our lot which backs up to Bayou Lafourche -- not as imposing as The Mosel, but enough for our satisfaction, and away from the hurricanes. 07.10.2006	Detlef Lührsen  Liebe Rita, lieber Jürg - erst jetzt werde ich auf Eure neue Webseite aufmerksam und kann Euch, sowie dem Gestalter (webmaster), nur mein höchstes Kompliment aussprechen. Die Seite ist instruktiv, informativ und lebendig. Hoffentlich macht es nicht zu viel M;ühe, sie ständig à jour zu halten.  Meine Hauptbeschäftigung ist leider nicht mehr das Weintrinken, sondern das Reisen. Zur Information der Freunde in aller Welt über meine Erlebnisse ist mir meine Webseite sehr behilflich. Leider ist mein Gäatebuch noch nicht entwickelt, sodass ich Äußerungen hierzu nur durch individuellen Kontakt erhalte.  Weiterhin viel Erfolg mit Euren guten Weinen.
